QS Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveying (QS) Manager with a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering for MEP projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cost management strategies for MEP projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets
- Monitor project expenditures and address variances
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Mentor junior quantity surveyors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically in MEP projects
