Job Description
We're seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead growth initiatives across global regions — USA, EMEA, and APAC. You'll manage strategic accounts and drive revenue expansion in semiconductor IP and silicon solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies
- Manage key accounts to achieve revenue and design win targets
- Forecast sales pipelines and drive market penetration
- Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
Qualifications
- BSEE or MSEE preferred, with strong technical background in semiconductor
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in the semiconductor industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
