Network Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluate the technical work carried out by network engineers, guide them through various stages of work, assess their acquired expertise, and ensure the quality of their output. Develop plans and schedules for the implementation of network system development and upgrade projects, discuss costs, determine suitable alternatives, and propose appropriate actions and recommendations. Review and audit the outputs of systems and programs to ensure compliance with specifications, technical standards, and work requirements. Prepare technical specifications for equipment and software used by network engineers by conducting necessary studies on technologies and tools that support network systems. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain proposed network systems to the beneficiary entity and ensure they meet the required needs. Train and develop network engineers on new systems and software to enhance their skills and provide them with the necessary experience to improve their performance. Perform similar or related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
