BDR (Business Development Representative)
Job Description
Own outbound pipeline generation for Agility CMS. You’ll target the right accounts, craft effective messaging, and drive meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers to turn target accounts into qualified pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end outbound prospecting strategy for defined segments
- Consistently generate high-quality, sales-qualified meetings
- Conduct deep account and stakeholder research to personalize outreach
- Engage and qualify mid-level to C-suite buyers using structured qualification frameworks
- Partner closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts and deal strategy
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outbound BDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and meeting quotas
- Strong cold calling skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Advanced written communication and personalization skills
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Ability to work independently and manage a full outbound motion
