Operations Manager (Bridge Maintenance Projects)
Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and control of bridge maintenance and related infrastructure works in Abu Dhabi. Ensure compliance with ADM standards, specifications, and permits.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of bridge maintenance projects
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities
- Oversee project schedules and manpower deployment
- Monitor project budgets and cost control
- Manage and mentor project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 12-15 years of experience in bridge maintenance or construction
- 8-10 years in a senior managerial role within the UAE
