Personal Assistant (With Canva & Presentation Skills)
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant who can support executive management in daily administrative tasks, while also having the ability to create professional presentations and basic visual materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations
- Create visual materials using Canva
- Assist with reports, proposals, and documentation
- Manage coordination and follow-ups
- Organize company files and records
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in admin / personal assistant role
- Strong skills in Canva and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel
- 5 years experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage
