Job Description
The GM / VP Operations' mission is to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable growth, ultimately delivering exceptional value to customers, stakeholders, and employees. The role involves achieving operational excellence across all aspects of the business, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and exceeding performance expectations for Ezdaher Finance Company, KSA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with the executive team to execute strategic plans
- Lead and inspire a diverse team
- Develop policies and procedures that align with Shariah principles
- Establish performance metrics and benchmarks
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a VP Operations or in a similar senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams
