Job Description
Prepare special meals or substitute items. Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish. Assist management in training and motivating employees.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain food logs
- Monitor quality and quantity of food prepared
- Inform Chef of excess food items
- Address guests’ service needs
- Adhere to quality expectations and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
