Job Description

The Chef de Cuisine will assume full responsibility of all related operational, administrative, and financial aspects for the culinary operation of the Banqueting, Outside Catering & Room Service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee culinary aspects of Banqueting, Outside Catering & Room Service
  • Create synergy between Main Kitchen and other kitchens
  • Coordinate service flow and set ups of events
  • Review menus regarding food cost and seasonality
  • Ensure plating guides are followed
  • Develop new Banquet and In Room Dining menus
  • Train and schedule all colleagues
  • Monitor monthly P&L and food cost
  • Oversee food safety standards and administration
