Operations Supervisor
Job Description
An Operations Supervisor shall coordinate operations and oversee workers / teams at cleaning sites. As the intermediary between workers, foremen, and managers, he/she will be a key person for the completion of a project.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Manager regarding current and future tasks
- Follow up and accomplish cleaning and event jobs from A to Z
- Conduct on-ground tours to check on clients and cleaning agents
- Drive cleaning agents daily to destinations
- Supervise cleaning staff performance and behavior
- Ensure equipment and vehicles are clean and maintained
- Maintain relationships with clients and resolve complaints
- Map out efficient travel routes
- Set team schedules for required tasks
- Submit progress reports
