Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Production Facility Engineer to support the design, operation, and maintenance of our factory production lines. In this role, you will contribute to efficient production processes, ensure equipment reliability, and help optimize facility performance. 



Your Responsibilities:


  • Participate in the design of production lines and automation solutions.
  • Carry out daily maintenance activities for production equipment on the factory production line.
  • Manage the operational status of factory equipment and oversee related maintenance activities.
  • Track, analyze, and improve downtime related to equipment wear and tear.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment stability and production efficiency.

Position Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • More than 5 years of factory management experience, with experience in leading new factory construction considered an advantage.
  • Professional knowledge of electromechanical equipment.
  • Basic understanding of architectural structures, including decoration.
  • Familiarity with common building and decoration materials.
  • Understanding of factory power system layout.
  • Proficiency in English (required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a production environment.
