Junior In-House Lawyer
Job Description
We are seeking a Junior In-House Lawyer to support day-to-day legal operations across our group of entities. The role covers regulatory and administrative legal services, contracting, corporate governance, and litigation support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track licenses, permits, and regulatory registrations
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements
- Support internal contract workflow
- Support dispute management including case intake and fact gathering
- Coordinate with external/local counsel
