Remote Manufacturing Process Specialist
Job Description
This role involves analyzing, improving, and standardizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety from a remote setting. You will collaborate with on-site teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks.
- Implement improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Create and maintain detailed SOPs and work instructions.
- Utilize Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
- Support new technology implementation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate remote training for production staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
- Proficiency in process analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP or MES systems.
