Talent & Culture Manager
Job Description
The Talent & Culture Manager at Rosewood AMAALA is responsible for managing the entire spectrum of T&C operations, ensuring seamless execution of people-related strategies across the resort.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day Talent & Culture operations
- Ensure accurate maintenance of associate records and documentation
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Support recruitment activities and interview coordination
- Handle disciplinary and grievance matters fairly
- Promote positive associate relations and inclusive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law
Qualifications
- Minimum 7-8 years of progressive experience in HR / Talent & Culture
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in pre-opening or resort environments preferred
