Production Operations Lead | $70/hr Remote

Position: Production Supervisor – Manufacturing. Type: Hourly contract. Compensation: $55–$70/hour. Location: Remote. Commitment: 20–40 hours/week. Role Responsibilities: Write realistic tasks and scenarios based on real-world production supervision in manufacturing environments. Create situations involving team leadership, workflow coordination, quality control, and safety compliance. Develop scenarios covering scheduling, training, performance management, and production troubleshooting. Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to manufacturing supervision queries for accuracy and industry standards. Provide detailed, structured feedback to improve AI training for production management use cases. Requirements: 4+ years of professional experience as a first-line supervisor of production and operating workers in manufacturing. Demonstrated professional recognition and people-management responsibilities. Proficiency with computers and common manufacturing or operations software systems. Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity. Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification assessment.
