Retail Sales Trainer
Job Description
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for sales staff focusing on jewellery product knowledge and sales techniques. Delivers In-Store and Online training Kingdom-wide.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver jewellery product and sales training
- Conduct training sessions in classroom and Online
- Deliver In-Store coaching sessions
- Collaborate with management to identify training gaps
- Develop training materials and assessment tools
- Monitor sales team performance post-training
Qualifications
- Graduate with specialization in HR/Training
- 3-5 years of similar experience, with at least 1-2 years in retail sector
- Excellent command in English
