Operation Manager – Property Development
Job Description
Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the complete operational cycle of property development projects in Dubai. This role requires strategic planning and alignment of sales, development, and admin functions.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of ongoing property projects
- Coordinate across design, sales, marketing, and finance departments
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with Dubai’s real estate regulations
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships
- Oversee internal SOP implementation
Qualifications
- 7–10 years in property development or real estate operations
- Proven record of managing large-scale projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field
