Job Description
Act as a servant-leader for an Agile team, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and facilitating continuous improvement. You will facilitate team meetings, remove obstacles, and coach the team on Agile principles.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Scrum practices
- Facilitate team meetings and Scrum ceremonies
- Remove obstacles for the development team
- Coach the team on Agile principles
- Lead daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Collaborate with the product owner and team to plan sprints
- Identify and manage risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred
