To lead and oversee the overall operations of a swimming academy. Responsible for daily operations, leading teams, and driving operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational management of the academy
- Lead and develop administrative and aquatic teams
- Monitor and achieve sales and performance targets
- Manage budgets and financial performance
- Implement local marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in General Management or Operations Management
- Experience in sports, fitness, or recreational industry preferred
