Job Description
Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards. Total charges for functions and present checks for payment. Ensure rooms and restaurants are ready for service. Inspect cleanliness of china, glass, and silver. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction. Set tables and communicate dietary needs to the kitchen.

Qualifications
