Service Advisor- Tires
Job Description
The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Quick Service & Tire Service Center. They are responsible for managing customer interactions, assessing service needs, and coordinating service jobs with technicians.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions and listen to concerns
- Assess customer vehicles and service requirements accurately
- Assign service jobs to technicians based on workload and complexity
- Achieve daily and monthly service targets
- Monitor jobs to ensure quality workmanship
- Address customer complaints promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role in the automotive or Tire service industry
- Knowledge of Arabic (advanced) language is a must
