HR Officer
Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment including job posting and candidate coordination
- Complete all onboarding formalities for new employees
- Manage the offboarding process and exit formalities
- Prepare final settlements and end-of-service benefits
- Submit monthly payroll data such as Leave Requests and deductions
- Handle visa processing for new hires and renewals
- Apply for PCO exams and renew PCO cards
- Maintain and update HR processes
- Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
- Prepare HR letters including salary certificates and NOCs
Qualifications
- 2-3 years expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the UAE is an advantage
- Arabic Speaker is a plus
