Job Description
Supervise guest check-ins, payment verification, and accurate account setup. Assist management in training and motivating employees while ensuring quality standards and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and verify identity/payment
- Set up accurate accounts for guests
- Compile and review daily reports and logs
- Supply guests with directions and property information
- Process all payment types and balance receipts
- Assist in training, evaluating, and coaching employees
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
