Job Description
The Project Controller / Timekeeper plays a critical role in supporting overall project execution by managing accurate timekeeping, cost tracking, and project reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily attendance, man-hour logs, and overtime records
- Consolidate biometric data and manual timesheets
- Track leave and ensure supporting documents are filed
- Support cost control activities by recording actual labor cost data
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts and cost variance reports
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on productivity
- Liaise with site supervisors for manpower verification
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Timekeeping, Project Controls, or Cost Control
- Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects preferred
