Responsibilities

- Design performance management, compensation and benefits, and recruitment strategies
- Lead talent development, organizational learning, and succession planning
- Oversee recruitment partnerships and programs
- Monitor HR initiatives and analyze outcomes
- Lead workforce planning and identify human capital needs
- Align budget with priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 12 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s, 10 years with a Master’s, or 8 years with a PhD
