Job Description
Grand Hyatt Istanbul is seeking an Assistant Manager for its F&B outlets to manage the operation as a successful independent profit center and ensure Hyatt International Standards of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the outlet as an independent profit center
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction per Hyatt standards
- Plan, organize, and control F&B operation and administration
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Work experience in hotel operations
- Excellent command of English
