ITA is seeking a Client Support Administrator to join the team in Jordan. This position provides support to the United States Air Force Central Command, managing systems and ensuring integrity by monitoring security measures.
Responsibilities
- Manage system backups and perform crash recoveries
- Ensure system integrity by monitoring and updating security measures
- Provide technical support for office automation applications
- Oversee installation of security patches
