Customer Service Representative Administrator
Job Description
Remote support team role for a problem-solver who can professionally manage inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries. Focused on issue resolution, technical troubleshooting, and account administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of inbound calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
- Assist customers with basic technical issues
- Utilize CRM software to log interactions
- Process returns and refunds in accordance with policy
- Gather and report customer feedback to product teams
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
- Prior remote work experience highly desirable
