Job Description

Responsibilities
- To organize regular visits to assure implementation of sales process and marketing plan
- To control and monitor overall sales management KPIs
- Organize business meetings with stakeholders and bank’s business committees
- Maintain strategic relationship with the bank upper management
- Efficient communication and alignment to the business partner
- Develop and sustain intellectual capital of bank’s stakeholders
- Provide conceptual feedback and analysis about bank, team & business performance
- Lead & participate in Banc-assurance projects/assignments
Qualifications
- Preferable to be with insurance sales experience especially with Banc-assurance background with at least 10 years of experience
- Preferable to be with at least 7 years sales management background
- MBA desired
- Fluent in English
- MS Office proficiency
