B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist – Fitness & Flooring Projects
Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist with experience in contracting, construction, building materials, flooring, or sports projects. You will develop and manage B2B client relationships for flooring and gym-related projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with B2B clients.
* Generate leads through networking and cold outreach.
* Present solutions focused on flooring and gym equipment.
* Build relationships with contractors, developers, and facility managers.
* Provide customized solutions, specifications, and proposals.
* Collaborate with internal technical and design teams.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience (3–7 years) in B2B sales/business development in construction, flooring, or sports projects.
* Strong understanding of gym and sports facility projects preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
