Job Description
Arya is building the Couples Wellness category, poised to become the next billion-dollar cornerstone in the global wellness market. Arya's AI concierge helps couples invest in their relationships and love life, both inside and outside the bedroom, promoting healthier, stronger relationships. The ideal candidate has a 'get it done' attitude and takes initiative.
Responsibilities
- Manage, communicate, and respond to our customers via email and chat
- Understand customers’ needs and provide them with appropriate personalized solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to couples, providing guidance, best practices, and recommendations
- Build strong relationships with couples by providing trust, empathy, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Polite, empathetic, patient, trustworthy, and passionate about customer care
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Independent, detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions precisely
- Experience in counseling, coaching, guidance, or supporting others is a plus
- Experience as concierge / in customer service or related role is an advantage
