Client Relationship Officer
Job Description
Client Services Officer will be responsible for supporting all client service–related functions within the Client Relationship Department. The role includes maintaining and managing the client database, assisting Client Relationship Managers to ensure all client and prospecting requirements are met, and providing general administrative and operational support to the Head of the Client Relationship Department in matters related to departmental administration and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Data Validation team to resolve administrative issues
- Receive, welcome, and assist clients and visitors
- Execute client-specific service tasks and respond to queries
- Verify and update client-level data and records
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Prepare and update client-related documents and internal reports
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and appointments
- Compile and distribute minutes of meetings
