Job Description

Neon is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to expand our customer portfolio by sourcing new opportunities and forging partnerships with game developers. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and performance on our global payments platform.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new partnerships with game developers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Lead negotiations and manage contract agreements
  • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless customer integration

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in quota-carrying sales or business development
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
