Senior Sales Manager
Job Description
Neon is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to expand our customer portfolio by sourcing new opportunities and forging partnerships with game developers. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and performance on our global payments platform.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new partnerships with game developers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Lead negotiations and manage contract agreements
- Collaborate with technical teams for seamless customer integration
Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of experience in quota-carrying sales or business development
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
