Job Description
Prepare special meals or substitute items. Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish. Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared. Maintain food logs. Follow all company and safety and security policies.
