Receptionist/Call Centre Coordinator
Job Description
The DX Coordinator is a result-oriented professional responsible for ensuring effective & high-quality service delivery by coordinating between clients, customers, technicians and internal teams. Acting as a vital communication bridge, the DX Coordinator oversees maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, and repairs
- Schedule and dispatch technicians
- Serve as main point of contact for customers
- Maintain service logs and reports
- Monitor compliance with maintenance contracts and SLAs
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with 3 years experience or 4-5 years proven experience in service coordination
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
