The Executive Director of Finance will oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives to ensure the organization’s fiscal health and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and a proven ability to lead strategic financial initiatives
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and drive sound business decisions
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Finance and related practices
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools is a plus
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- CPA or other relevant professional certifications are advantageous
