Job Description

We are seeking a CS Learning and Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role is a critical execution driver within Customer Care, focused on accelerating time-to-proficiency, scaling onboarding and nesting, and improving customer experience outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end new hire onboarding experiences
  • Facilitate live and virtual learning sessions
  • Deliver hands-on nesting experiences leveraging scenario-based practice
  • Leverage the LMS and digital learning workflows
  • Design and deliver targeted upskilling and refresher training
  • Teach agents how to use AI tools responsibly in workflows
  • Partner with QA and Operations to identify recurring performance gaps
  • Maintain and update onboarding and enablement materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer experience training or learning roles
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage learning technology and AI-assisted tools
  • Strong data literacy and organizational skills
