Job Description
Support HR with analysis on recruitment programs, policy, and processes for YASREF. Provide recommendations for management activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HR analyses on policies and systems
- Organize and maintain HR policies and processes in ERP
- Clarify queries on HR data and analysis
- Participate in workforce planning and talent acquisition
- Calculate and compile manpower data
- Process job applications and conduct screening interviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
- Five years of relevant experience
- CIPD or SHRM certification is optional but preferred
