Job Description

Support HR with analysis on recruitment programs, policy, and processes for YASREF. Provide recommendations for management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct HR analyses on policies and systems
  • Organize and maintain HR policies and processes in ERP
  • Clarify queries on HR data and analysis
  • Participate in workforce planning and talent acquisition
  • Calculate and compile manpower data
  • Process job applications and conduct screening interviews

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
  • Five years of relevant experience
  • CIPD or SHRM certification is optional but preferred
