ServiceNow Business Analyst
Job Description
Mller's Solutions is looking for a passionate ServiceNow Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. You will ensure that implemented ServiceNow solutions effectively meet business needs and drive operational excellence through requirement gathering and process analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements
- Conduct process analysis and mapping
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for the technical team
- Facilitate workshops and gather user feedback
- Assist in the development of test cases and conduct UAT
- Provide support and training to promote understanding of ServiceNow functionalities
- Monitor and analyze metrics to recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow projects
