Superintendent (Structural – Workshop)
Job Description
To work closely together with the Production Manager and Construction Manager and the project team to ensure that all assigned projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget in accordance with the contract and International Maritime Industries Management System (IMIMS).
Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly schedule coordination meetings with all subcontractor foremen
- Organize the workshop for efficient production flow of materials
- Manage the structural construction team
- Contribute to preparing the execution strategy
- Maintain control around the cost of construction consumables
- Implement, monitor, and drive the project schedule
- Oversee delivery of all Inspection Test Records (ITR's)
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering (15 years experience) or Bachelor Engineering Degree (9 years experience)
