Job Description
The Content Quality & Localization Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality content across company websites and communications. This role focuses on translations, content localization, post-publication quality checks, and maintaining consistency of tone of voice and style across all brands and locales.
Responsibilities
- Perform content translations using ChatGPT.
- Collect and prepare website content for localization.
- Coordinate and transfer materials to external translation agencies.
- Review and validate translated content received from agencies.
- Conduct post-publication content quality checks on websites.
- Monitor and maintain tone of voice and brand communication standards.
Qualifications
- English B2 level.
- Basic understanding of content localization and translation workflows.
- Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content translation.
- High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
