Job Description
As the Event Manager at Authologic, you will take full ownership of our brand's global presence at industry events, planning and executing strategy in Poland, Europe, and the USA.
Responsibilities
- Plan a calendar of global events across EMEA, US, and Latin America
- Manage project budgets and negotiate vendor rates
- Oversight of exhibition logistics and on-site team presence
- Ensure events generate real sales opportunities (ROI)
- Coordinate with organizers of large tech conferences
- Ensure event messaging is consistent with product roadmap
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business event organization
- Experience in organizing events in foreign markets (Europe, USA)
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
- High degree of proactivity
- Willingness to travel internationally
