Job Description
Responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel so Heads of Department achieve and exceed their revenue and Guest satisfaction targets.
Responsibilities
- Work with General Manager to manage key property issues.
- Assist development of achievable hotel budgets and strategic goals.
- Provide leadership to the hotel management team.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments.
- Ensure costs are controlled and results are analysed regularly.
- Manage and develop the Heads of Department.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results
