Director - Managed Schools - ADNOC Schools
Job Description
Aldar Education is seeking a Director to support our managed schools (ADNOC). You will be responsible for leading all school improvement strategies, marketing, and enrolment activities, and have commercial and education line management of all managed schools.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, vision, and strategic direction for school performance
- Lead and support managed schools in line with company priorities
- Deliver the education strategy and mission for managed schools
- Monitor and report student progress using benchmarking data
- Quality assure strategic documents and curriculum offers
- Develop strong relationships with education authorities
- Plan and deliver effective training and development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s in Education or Education Leadership
- At least 15 years of experience in education
- Minimum 5 years of school-based leadership experience at Principal level
