- Build and scale the team according to product needs
- Drive the product from MVP to a full-scale release
- Define and maintain the Product Roadmap aligned with business goals
- Plan, prioritize, and track milestones
- Collaborate with leadership to align on product strategy
- Oversee product testing and quality assurance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech-driven companies
- Proven experience building and leading teams
- Hands-on experience taking products from MVP to launch
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate
