Revenue Manager
Job Description
Develop and communicate the hotel’s commercial strategy. Identify areas for revenue maximization, manage the reservations team, and ensure accurate commercial analysis to support financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the hotel's commercial strategy
- Identify revenue maximization opportunities for all revenue streams
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the Reservations team
- Ensure accuracy of commercial analysis and forecasting
- Analyze Food and Beverage performance and develop revenue plans
- Manage pricing strategy for hotel bedrooms
- Review and manage relationships with Owning Company and Accor performance teams
- Carry out feasibility studies and commercial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or yield management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling
- Experience with revenue management systems
