Job Description
Kaplan is seeking an experienced freelance instructor with industry certifications and expert knowledge in Product Management. Successful candidates will develop bespoke course content and deliver training programs covering cloud-native principles, AI/DevOps, and data pipeline design. The role involves translating complex concepts into engaging materials and conducting workshops for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver cloud-native and AI/Dev Ops training programs
- Translate complex architecture concepts into clear training materials
- Conduct interactive workshops and seminars (in-person and virtual)
- Provide technical mentorship during exercises
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify specific training needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong hands-on experience in cloud-native principles and container orchestration
- Proven expertise in CI/CD and MLOps
