Job Description
The Corporate Sales Supervisor identifies, targets, and acquires new corporate clients while supervising a team of sales executives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients
- Develop tailored rental and leasing solutions
- Supervise and guide a team of sales executives
- Monitor performance KPIs and coach the team
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies
- Serve as the key point of contact for high-value clients
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales
- Deep understanding of the Qatar market
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
