Job Description

The Corporate Sales Supervisor identifies, targets, and acquires new corporate clients while supervising a team of sales executives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients
  • Develop tailored rental and leasing solutions
  • Supervise and guide a team of sales executives
  • Monitor performance KPIs and coach the team
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies
  • Serve as the key point of contact for high-value clients
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales
  • Deep understanding of the Qatar market
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
