Client Relationship Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Key Account Executive to support our Regional Key Account Manager in managing and growing our key client relationships. In this role, you will focus on assisting with account planning, organizing client visits, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining accurate CRM data. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your account management skills within a supportive environment, learn from experienced mentors, and contribute meaningfully to our customer success initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of key clients' needs and maximize revenues
- Visit 100% of customer sites in designated accounts
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to enhance sales and retention
- Improve P&L and debtor days of each account
- Manage data entry, updates, and reporting in CRM (Salesforce)
- Organize and schedule customer visits
- Assist in follow-up communication and resolution of customer issues
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, ideally in a B2B environment
