Leads Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Leads Manager to manage, qualify, and optimize incoming leads for our real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that all leads are properly followed up, distributed fairly, and converted into high-quality opportunities for property consultants while monitoring lead performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound leads from multiple channels
- Qualify and filter leads before assigning them to property consultants
- Ensure fast response time and proper follow-up on all leads
- Distribute leads fairly and efficiently to the sales team
- Monitor lead performance and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system
- Coordinate with sales team to improve lead quality
- Prepare daily reports on leads status and performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate lead management or sales coordination
- Experience using CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good English required
